We understand why you are sending your child or teen to XUK. You want them to improve their English and their fluency of the Language.You also want them to have fun and be safe in a different country, experiencing different activities and tasting the British culture.
We have been welcoming children from all over the world for the last twenty years. Our success in creating safe and exciting camps has helped establish XUK as an international brand.
We strive to improve the children's English Language fluency through various means including Sports / games, activities, sightseeing and social activities. We understand that you are sending your children to XUK Excel to improve their English Language fluency and strive to achieve this through the activity programme we run.
Your child can also improve their English by immersing themselves in the British culture. This way, all children can enjoy what they are doing, make the most of their time and naturally learn the language. They can supplement this with some lessons in the week if they wish. We encourage all children to speak English throughout their time at camp and to mix with other British children and staff over their summer at XUK.
Alternatively, if you and your child would prefer to improve their fluency at a traditional English school XUK English is the perfect place.
We organise collection from Heathrow, Bristol and Gatwick as well as St Pancras International Station. We meet your child at the gate and take them to camp where we’ll do everything possible to help them settle in. On departure we take them to the appropriate airport, check them in and make sure they get home safely!

We make sure that your child makes the most of their time at XUK. We include a weekly trip to visit a beautiful English town! This is a great chance for children to have a trip off site, choose what they’d like to do for the day, and get to taste a bit more of the British culture (and shops).
There is also an option of a trip to London. We explore the sights, hear the sounds, taste the food and sample the London life. We even take campers to a show in the west end!
Non-EU students may require a VISA to enter the UK. Should you require a VISA, we have an ‘Invitation’ letter that we can scan to you. This will include details of our certification and your child’s stay. We will need to have received a scan copy of your child’s passport so we can include the relevant details. If you require, we can also courier this document to you for an additional charge.
Most our non-EU children / students arrive to the UK on a Standard Visitor VISA. Feel free to consult us if you have any questions. However, we are not able to advise on the VISA application process and recommend that you consult the UK Government Website or your local UK embassy.
